The Rainbow Senior Living Testimonials

"Dear Tina and Staff, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing me to live here and be a part of The Rainbow community.
Since the day I moved in, you and your staff make me feel so welcome, so safe and so cared for. I love the call box intercom, I love the fact that Teresa or someone comes and peeks in on me during the night just to make sure I’m safely asleep and not on the floor (I once spent 12 hours at home on the floor before being found.) And should I need my bed changed between my normal housekeeping day or any other service, all I have to do is ask.
When I returned from Christmas day with my family no less than four staff members greeted me by name and welcomed me home (which really impressed my family). When I got the flu, the staff came to my apartment and for three days took my temperature, brought me ice, 7Up and soup to keep me hydrated and nourished and cared for me as if I were family. If I had been sick at home I would have been left to care for myself, become dehydrated and wound up in the hospital instead of back in the Rainbow dining room in four days feeling So much better!
I am so happy being here and it is because of all of you and your unparalleled level of care. THANK YOU ALL!"  - Pamela S.

"On behalf of Gladys B  and myself, we want to thank all of you for every kindness, every bit of patience and every extra consideration that was shown to my Mom during her one year stay at The Rainbow.  She had a fabulous time, particularly the first 6 months or so when her mind was a bit more clear.  All of the employees at The Rainbow give 110% and it shows.  You made a very nice home for the elderly, you should be proud.  Thank you with much appreciation.” – Kathy, daughter of former resident

“At The Rainbow, Mom found a nice modern apartment in a convenient downtown setting.  She was able to request as much or as little assistance as she needed.  She found The Rainbow staff to be friendly and  helpful and amenities such as exercise classes and round-the-clock caregivers met all her assisted living needs.  Daily activities, transportation and other services all helped to ease her transition to assisted living.  We found The Rainbow in a time of need, and we are very happy we did.” – Dennis, son of current resident

“I want to let you know how much I appreciate your care of my mom.  I had such a good visit and seen so many acts of kindness.  Scott is doing such an amazing job in the kitchen, Amber is so competent and was so thoughtful to pick up a large print biography for my mom at the library, and Heather was so sweet to serve us warmed blueberry pie for dessert, because she knew my family grows blueberries here in Washington.  The bus driver is so kind to remember little scheduling things like my mom’s book club.  Being at The Rainbow gives me much to be thankful for this season.” – Linda, daughter of current resident

“I wanted to thank you for all the care you have given my dad.  We see such an improvement in him since he has been there.  I feel he is under less stress, eats better and feels at home there. We also worry less. Thank you and all your staff.” – Katie, daughter of current resident

“Thank you for the excellent service and care you provided my mother these many years.  While there were, indeed some issues, you continually responded with genuine care and consideration.  You should be rightfully proud of the staff, management and operations of your facility.  Besides operating in a landmark in the history of Great Falls, you have provided a wonderful home to those Montanans that call The Rainbow home.  I think this is especially true from those senior citizens who would remember The Rainbow for the great landmark it was during their younger years.” – Charlie, son of former resident

"The dietary assistants have been so helpful and a pleasure to be around.  Your staff is fun, efficient, helpful and pleasant not only to my parents but to all the residents that they deal with daily.  Even though this has been a trying time you have made me feel so welcome.  We feel that your wonderful staff needs to know how much we appreciate all they have done….” – Peggy, Patty, Mike & Mark, children of current residents

"Dear Tina, Nicole, & Staff, Thank you very much for your kindness and extra efforts that you gave to our parents, Darwin & Gladys.  We appreciate you trying to accommodate them by learning sign language and installing the doorbell with the light.  Again, thank you to everyone." -Ken & Deb, son & daughter-in-law of former residents

"Dear Rainbow Senior Living Family, The Pet Paw-See would like to express deepest thanks for allowing our organization to participate in "Pets Over The Rainbow". We had a wonderful time and one of our pets found his "furrever" home.  Thank you again for putting on such a fun event." -Leslie Paynes, Founder, The Pet Paw-See

"Rainbow, I must say time sure has flown by!  My time spent at the Rainbow has been more than exceptional.  I have learned so much since starting with you.  The family that you have created, residents and employees alike, is spectacular.  The friends I have made here are truly wonderful to have, and I thank you for accepting me into your 'family'. " -Thomas Wright, evening shift Med. Tech.

"We would like to say thank you for the wonderful luncheon & ice cream social on Tuesday of this week.  We were treated with such kindness and the food was great.  The respect you show to our loved ones is over the top. Thank you all, for all that you do.  We are proud to have our mother Bertha S a resident of The Rainbow Senior Living." -Helen, John, Lorraine & Art

"As a caregiver at The Rainbow Senior Living, everyday is filled with smiles, hugs, & laughter.  The most fulfilling part of my job is walking into a resident's apartment to assist them out of bed & seeing the big smile on their face.  It makes you feel important to them & warm inside.  Spending even 5 minutes a day talking with a resident means so much & gives them the power to carry out a happy day.  Knowing each resident for who they are themselves is very important, catching little things and fixing it for them makes them feel cared about. I love being a caregiver by showing my love and care for each individual resident." -Josie T, Caregiver

"I went with my mom today to The Rainbow Assistend Living Facility to have a tour and find out more about the facility.  It has been a challenge for my aunt and I to convince my mom that she should not live alone.  She doesn't have major health issues but some that could hinder her life if somthing happened while she was home alone.  I hope this email gets where I would like it to go.  Brenda is the one we talked with and who gave us the tour.  I can't express enough how wonderful she was.  She seemed to have such passion for The Rainbow and what she does.  She went above and beyond to help my mom feel comfortable.  While we were there, several staff members came to greet us and introduce themselves and they were all so pleasant.  Brenda didn't even have to really sell the Rainbow to my mom beacuse it was just a wonderful place! I have not seen my mom that happy in many years.  Brenda is a great asset to the Rainbow, the owners should be proud to have a woman like her there! Thank you!" - Tammy
